1 cup oat flakes
2 cups finey chopped dates
1 cup chopped raisins
1 cup mixed nuts-cashew, almonds, walnuts ( you can dry roast these as well- optional)
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp cardamon powder
1 tbs Ghee
Coconut flakes for rolling your energy balls in
Pan roast the oat flashes in 1 tbsp ghee until they are slightly darker - (remember to never store ghee in the fridge)
Mix all the ingredients together is a large bowl
Roll into small balls by rolling mixture into your hands.
Roll into desiccated coconut
