Hatha Yoga - Postures designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.
Viniyasa Yoga- Coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.
Ashtanga Yoga - This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga yoga, with its many vinyasas, is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence. Ashtanga Yoga was founded by K. Pattabhi Jois.
Yin Yoga This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.
Pregnancy Yoga: This class is geared towards making a mum to be feel more comfortable during her labour and with her changing body at the same time preparing for motherhood and birth.
Postnatal Yoga: Classes focus on strengthening your core after childbirth
Restorative Yoga: A class making you feel like you have completely rejuvenated and restored. A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends.
Yoga for everyday: learn techniques you can practice at home for everyday.
Corporate Yoga for your company, employees or staff: This class focuses on promoting the general health and wellbeing of your employees and staff, creating a more stress free environment and increasing production.
Yoga Therapy: With this private class you can gear it towards your own specific needs.
Yoga for women: A session geared for women to feel more empowered and comfortable within their own skin, creating an inner confidence that will radiate outwards.
Children's Yoga: Classes help to develop body awareness. Help children to manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation and healthy movement. Build concentration and increase confidence and create a positive self-image and helps them to feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group.
