RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I want you to love your jewellery. If you’re not happy for any reason, please get in contact via my Etsy page. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in the condition received. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Earrings are non refundable for hygiene reasons. Custom made items are not returnable.
Wear and tear does not class as faulty. Please read the care instructions below.

PRODUCT CARE

STERLING SILVER:
Sterling silver tarnishes when exposed to salty air, chlorine, sulfur, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, household bleach and other strong chemicals. To prevent tarnish as much as possible, I recommend that you store your fine jewellery in a safe, dry place when engaging in the following activities:
Household and outdoor chores
Showering, bathing or swimming in pools, hot tubs, hot springs and the ocean
Using lotion, hair products, fragrances and other cosmetics
Exercising at the gym or during contact sports
Preparing meals

GOLD PLATED:
Any 14K Gold Plated Sterling Silver pieces are delicate jewellery items and therefore care should be taken to protect the layer of gold from being worn.
Avoid direct contact with water, no showering or swimming in your new jewellery!
Take care when using moisturisers, perfume and avoid any excessive perspiration.
If you want to clean your jewellery item, use a warm, damp soft cloth and make sure it is dry before storing (do not use any silver cloths or abrasive cleaners to clean gold plated items).

It’s strongly advised to keep your treasured pieces stored safely in a small plastic sleeve when not being worn and to not sleep in your jewellery, especially the more delicate items.
